Star Alliance member LOT Polish Airlines makes visiting Europe much more enticing for travellers from India by including the Canary Islands to its world route network. On twenty seventh November 2024, the Polish flag service will begin working to Tenerife. The greatest island of the Canaries is positioned lower than 300 kilometres off the West African coast and is often often known as the “Island of Eternal Spring” due to its nice local weather situations.
LOT Polish Airlines will probably be flying to Tenerife’s Reina Sofía Airport in the south of the island thrice per week – Wednesday, Friday and Sunday – throughout the winter schedule season. The flights are operated by trendy Boeing 737 MAX8 plane. The six-hour flights depart from Warsaw at 7:50h; the return flight departs at 13:55h native time.
“After Athens, Lisbon, Larnaca, Lyon and several other cities, Tenerife is another new and highly attractive destination in Europe that we will soon be operating to” says Amit Ray, Director India, DACH Markets and Italy and Head of Global Corporate and Strategic Sales at LOT Polish Airlines. “Tenerife is a great and unique addition for leisure passengers touring Europe.”
The island of Tenerife is of volcanic origin, which is why the colors of the huge sandy seashores range from golden to black. In addition to a go to to the Pico del Teide, Spain’s highest mountain with over 3,700 metres, the spectacular steep cliffs of Los Gigantes are a must-see. Tenerife can be residence to the oldest and largest dragon tree in the world, and for these appreciating wine, a go to to the island’s vinyards is a should.
